feat: 添加对比价格按钮登录验证和身份证认证功能

- 对比价格按钮添加登录状态检查，未登录显示登录弹窗
- 添加身份证信息(idcard1/idcard2)完整性验证
- 身份证信息不完整时提示并跳转到认证页面
- 认证页面支持从服务器加载已存在的认证信息
- 认证图片支持点击更换，保留原图片URL
- 提交时智能判断是否需要重新上传图片
